Art is the perfect addition to your self care routine

For many people the process of creativity ended when you no longer needed the art credit to graduate school. You put away your markers and paints and convinced yourself that you weren’t artistic. Being “artistic” is not a requirement for self expression! Studies have shown that making art reduces stress and anxiety. Creating releases dopamine that makes us feel good naturally! By creating art, no matter the skill level, we engage our mind and spirit in a way that is restorative. During these stressful times, self care is more important than ever!

At our studio we are taking COVID Very Seriously. Students have their own work tables that are spaced 6′ + apart from each other. Face masks are required. And we’re doing extra cleaning and sanitizing.

We do ask that you do NOT come into the studio if any of the following apply:

•If you have had a fever in the last 21 days
•If you have a cough
•If you have any other flu-like symptoms (gastrointestinal upset, headache or fatigue)
•If you have experienced a recent loss of taste or smell
•If you have been in contact with any confirmed COVID-19 patients.
•If you have traveled in the past 14 days to any regions affected by COVID-19

If Any of them apply, please contact us and we will reschedule you.

At this point in time we are only scheduling private lessons. If you are interested in a class, please contact us! We are more than happy to work with your schedule and find a date & time that works for you!
